In order for Multimedia System as a tool for the company's competitive advantage, developing a multimedia system developer must follow the stages of a multimedia system as follows, defining the problems, feasibility studies, conduct a needs analysis, concept design, content design, writing scripts, producing a user system testing, using system and maintain the system.
In the system analysis phase, the analyst has an obligation to define the problem of the system, conducting a feasibility study and analyze the needs of multimedia applications. To determine the problem, there are three key questions that must be answered, namely:
1.What issues must be resolved with multimedia?
2.What causes it?
3.and the end user Who's involved?
Systems analysts study the problem is the problem faced by users. By studying this issue so, the analyst works with users to obtain a rough problems.
The steps to be performed:
1.Defining boundaries and targets
2.Define the problems faced by users
3.Identifying the causes of the problem and the decision point.
4.Identifying the End User System
5.Select priority handling problems.
6.Estimating the costs and benefits are roughly
7.Create reports from defining the problem
Target multimedia applications, such as increased performance, increased effectiveness of information, decrease costs, improve application security, increase efficiency and improve customer service. Deviations from this sixth goal on a problematic application. Restrictions that limit the application environment applications, such as rules, who must use that application can not use applications, including controlling the application of the application.
Problem in multimedia applications is a condition or situation that deviates from the target multimedia applications, even deviating from the target organization or company. Decreased performance, for example, the information is not effective, the cost continues to swell, the application is not safe, sustainable waste or poor customer service. Usually the problem is expressed in questions such as:
1.Is this multimedia applications can improve performance?
2.Is this multimedia applications can make information more effectively?
3.Is this multimedia applications reduce costs?
4.Is this multimedia applications can enhance security?
5.Is this multimedia applications can reduce waste?
6.Is this multimedia applications can increase sales?
7.Is this multimedia applications can improve services?
To identify the problem, then you must do an analysis of the performance, information, economy, security applications, efficiency and customer service. This guide is known as the Analysis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services) of the analyst is usually found some problems, that eventually you can find the main problem. This is important because, usually appear on the surface is not a major problem, but only a symptom of problems or issues that are not large.
Performance problem occurs when the tasks do not run a business purpose. Opportunity to improve the performance occurs when a person agreed way, in order to accelerate business tasks so that the target is reached. Restriction or policy performance can occur if the leadership decides that all transactions are done online in a multimedia computer to improve performance.
Performance is measured by the number of production and response times. The amount of production is the amount of work carried out during a certain period. Part of the marketing performance as measured by increased sales volume or market share achieved or corporate image or leadership or technological innovation. If sales are down, then the performance problems occur. Examples of real performance problems occur in Dell Computer. Dell originally sold computers through the mail (mail order). By using this strategy Dell can sell at a price below its competitors. In 1993, Compaq which at the time as leader of the PC sales market, put through a price cut to compete with Dell. Dell Computer sales losses resulting from falling 65 million dollars in the first six months, which caused nearly bankrupt. How can sales be increased?. This is a performance problem. Another example is the Bulk Handling Technology. This company Canal Winchester, Ohio, with only three employees, a special machine to order, such as belt coveyors and destruction of coral reefs for the mining and diggers. The Company has annual sales of $ 1 million and is still alive because he had to build a product with low volume orders that are not handled by the larger competitors. Company wants to expand his business but did not have the resources to fix it. The problem is, how to improve performance?

Introduction to GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication)
Along with the mobility of the world population and increasing international trade developed, the necessary telecommunications facilities which can be brought on the way (Mobile).
In the early 80s in several European countries began to be tested to try the technology provider, namely the use of radio communication can be carried in a particular region called cells (cells). Among others the NMT system developed Ericsson in the Nordic countries, the developed system Cnet Siemens in Germany and TACS or AMPS system developed in the UK.
To overcome the various non-standard system was then in 1982 the countries of Europe formed an organization called the Group Special Mobile (GSM). This organization pioneered mobile technology is known as the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication). Later in the year 1991 of the cellular system was still using analogue technology replaced entirely with digital technology. While the standard used is called ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute).
In accordance with the rules of ITU (International Telecommunication Union) frequencies used by GSM network is in range of 900 MHz, which is the uplink frequency: 890-915 MHz and downlink frequency: 935-960 MHz. Bandwidth / bandwidth used is 25 MHz and the channel width of 200 Khz. Thus the number of channels will be obtained as many as 125 channels, in which 124 channels are used as voice channels and 1 channel for signaling.
With a limited number of channels so that can not follow the development of the growing conversation, the ITU decided to increase the frequency allocation for mobile is at 1800MHz frequency, called DCS (Digital Cellular System) or GSM1800. The division is the uplink frequency: 1710-1785 MHz and downlink frequency: 1805-1880 MHz. The available bandwidth of 75 MHz with the same channel width of 200 Khz, then the GSM will be available in 1800 as many as 375 channels

Telecommunications
According to the origin of said Telecommunications (telecommunication) derived from the word "Tele" which means "Long" and "Communication" which means "Shipping Information". So Telecommunications is the transmission of information from a distance. Telecommunications became a separate science which continues to grow in line with the human need to communicate with each other wherever they are.
In ancient times distance information presented in the form of short codes that contain a specific meaning and is sent through the sound and visual media such as sound gong, a whistle sound, light, fluttering flags and the like, of course with a very limited range.
In 1844, Samuel Morse (morse code creator engine & telegraph) managed to send the information so far more than 60 km through a stretch of wire from Washington to Baltimore, the United States. From that point on that wire channels so far developed thousands of miles in the United States, especially along the railway as a means of delivery of news via the telegraph system.
In 1849, Antonio Meucci successfully send voice signals over copper wires known as the telephone system. So far, we know that the inventor of the telephone was Alexander Graham Bell, but after a through research and trials conducted in the United States (in 2002) later stated that Antonio Meucci as the inventor stated telephon system.
In 1900, Guglielmo Marconi patented his invention of the telegraph transmission without cables by using radio waves. From now on wireless technology that's developed that is sending information wirelessly.
Continued with the discovery of a television system by John Logie Baird in 1925, launching a satellite into space (Sputnik1 by Soviet/1957, and Echo by USA/1960) then began developing the telecommunications industry throughout the world

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic design is a form of visual communication using images to convey information or messages as effectively as possible. In graphic design, text, images are also considered as an abstraction of symbols that can be sounded. Graphic design is applied in communication design and fine art. Like other types of design, graphic design can refer to the process of manufacturing, design methods, the product (design), or any discipline that is used (design).
Graphic design art include cognitive abilities and visual skills, including typography, illustration, photography, image processing, and layout.
Graphic design was originally applied to static media, such as books, magazines, and brochures. In addition, in line with the times, graphic design is also applied in the electronic media, which are often referred to as interactive design or multimedia design.
One-dimensional boundary has changed over the development of thinking about design. Graphic design can be applied to a design environment that includes the processing of space
Graphic design is the same elements as the basic elements in other design disciplines. Where these elements (including, shape, texture, line, space, and color) that form the basic principles of visual design. These principles, such as balance, rhythm pressure, proportion and unity, then form a structural aspect of a larger composition.
Graphic design tools used by graphic designers was the idea, mind, eyes, hands, hand drawing tools, and computers. A concept or idea is usually not considered as a design before it is realized or expressed in visual form.
In mid 1980, the arrival of desktop publishing and the introduction of graphic software applications introduced a generation of designers in the computer image manipulation and 3D image creation that previously was a hard work. Computer graphic design allows designers to see the results of layout or typography changes instantly without using ink or a pen, or to simulate the effects of traditional media without demanding a lot of space.
A graphic designers use sketches to explore ideas that are complex quickly, and then he has the freedom to choose the tools to finish, by hand or computer.
DESIGN implementation and development, particularly graphic design and application of Printing, and Website design as a means of promotion. Various articles and graphic design Practical relevance in the printing business
graphic design and printing business, has decided to control all business activities of the publishing business can be more concentration to work on projects (design weight class, order prints, websites, etc.)

Visual Communication
Visual communication is one way to communicate through visual media, the images, which can be captured by our visual senses. To achieve visual communication, the media needed to create a message that we will make, to be transmitted properly.
Areas that should be in our hands is the start of the image forms, sketches, drawings of anatomy, nirmana, color theory, photography, typography, illustration, animation, computer graphics, multimedia, plus of course also the theories of communication that supports the visual communication field . All of which should be in our hands although we do not master it in full but at least we know and can use it even a little. If we as a graphic designer is not so good at drawing, it would not be a big problem. Here we are not required to be able to draw very well, but at least a graphic designer 'could' draw and draw the 'right' even to draw a sketch for the course. Because, what is most valued and most 'expensive' price in a design is a creative idea of a graphic designer.
In a design, of course, a graphic designer and designed to make it interesting. Necessary so that the colors are supported. Here is a function of color theory. Ordinary people see colors in a design may be good or bad comment. But they do not understand, whereas in a design, the colors used by its own means. Whether that means the color adjective, or a color that was already a brand color. For teaches color theory we start from the primary colors, secondary colors, tertiary colors; and how to mix one color with another color, so we get the color we want it right; to the meaning of each color to be used in a design. For color mixing using paint media, required accuracy in each level incorporate the color. Primary color is the original color. Primary colors consisting of 3 colors. Not like the colors mentioned in the song "..... rainbow rainbow-red, yellow, green ... in the blue sky ...", but the primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. Of the three primary colors or colors may be other colors such as secondary colors, ie orange, purple, and green; also can produce other colors we want. Few tips on color mixing, if it will mix the color for example want to get green, a mixture of yellow and blue colors, better if a stronger color (blue) levels were lower than the weak color (yellow). This is so we do not immediately get the old green / black. But when we first got the green is still young, and we want to get the older green / dark, we stayed just add blue to the green color we want is achieved, of course, add it little by little, as if adding more would be useless direct . The result will immediately become old green one.
Besides drawing and color, typography also strongly supports the work of design. We must know the character of a font. This meant that occur alignment and harmonization between the objects we put in the work of design with the words, such as tag line or font in the brand and logo.
To improve these things, of course, the media needed a computer. Where there is Adobe Photo shop, Corel Draw, Freehand, Page Maker, Flash, and others.
Thus articles on visual communication is what I learned. Hopefully this article can be useful for us all, and certainly fulfill my duties as a student to do the job this article. We apologize if any mistakes or words that I give tips do not interest you. So much from me, and thank you.

Do you know Multimedia ???
Multimedia is the use of computers to present and combine text, sound, images, animation and video with tools and connections so that users can to , interact, work and communicate. Is often used in multimedia entertainment. Apart from the world of entertainment, Multimedia also adopted by the world game.
Multimedia is used also in education and business. In education, multimedia is used as a medium of instruction, either in class or individually. In the world of business, multimedia is used as a media company profile, product profile, even as the media information kiosks and training in e-learning systems.
Multimedia initially cover only the media that the consumption of the sense of sight (still images, text, motion video, and the invention of motion pictures / animation), and consumption of auditory (sound). In a multimedia development includes also the kinetic (motion) and the smell which is consumption sense of smell. Multimedia began to include elements of kinetic since was applied to 3-dimensional movies are combined with the movement of the chair in the stands. Kinetic and 3-dimensional films evoke realistic sens.
The smell started to become part of the multimedia found in reproductive technologies since the smell through telecommunications. With the input device detector smell, an operator can send them stink Digitizing results via the internet. In the recipient computer output device should be available in the form of reproduction machine odor. This smells of reproduction machine mixing different types of material that smells after being mixed to produce output similar to the smell of the data sent from the Internet. With logic with printers, this tool makes the pheromone scent instead of ink. Output but not the smell of mold.
